We started this company to create opportunities for those that have made mistakes. More specifically, men and women in recovery, in addition to those in minority communities that have made mistakes, resulting in damaging criminal records. An opportunity that will offer a sense of optimism and instill self worth. An opportunity that with tenure, will offer competitive pay, opportunities for advancement and hopefully change the trajectory of not only their life, but of their families lives as well.
Here at R&R we believe in second chances and our founders are products of that statement. Our hiring structure will be based around attitude, not skill. We can teach skill, we cannot teach attitude.
