Why We Do It

We started this company to create opportunities for those that have made mistakes. More specifically, men and women in recovery, in addition to those in minority communities that have made mistakes, resulting in damaging criminal records. An opportunity that will offer a sense of optimism and instill self worth. An opportunity that with tenure, will offer competitive pay, opportunities for advancement and hopefully change the trajectory of not only their life, but of their families lives as well.

Here at R&R we believe in second chances and our founders are products of that statement.  Our hiring structure will be based around attitude, not skill. We can teach skill, we cannot teach attitude. At R&R, with a few exceptions your prior record is meaningless. We will base our decisions around what you are willing to do from this point forward to change your life. At R&R Everything we do begins with exceeding our customers expectations and creating synergistic relationships with every connection we make.

If you can buy into our mission and make a commitment to yourself that you are willing to change your life, we will welcome you to our team with open arms.

As a customer, hopefully when considering you will choose us because you see a reflection of yourself and the change you wish to see in the world.

Because the work we’re doing today is better than the work we were doing 6 months ago. And the work we’ll be doing 6 months from now will be better than the work we’re doing today. It’s only up from here!

Why We Do It

Environmental

Being eco friendly and recycling is something that we empathize and take seriously. Mainly to keep junk out of landfills.

Second Chance Friendly Employer

We are a company that believes in second chances. We believe everyone in life makes mistakes and no one should be forbidden the opportunity to turn their life around. Our partner charity, Teach One Feed One’s mission, is “everything we do, we believe in eliminating the stigma attached with addiction and challenging the way this disease is approached.” Seeing that many people in recovery accumulate unnecessary charges as a direct result of their addiction. Charges that never would have been committed had they received the necessary help. For this reason many are forced to live the rest of their lives reminded of their past and unable to strive for many opportunities. We could not agree more with this organization and we are happy to partner with them.

Our Commitment To Helping Others

With this initiative, our goal is to begin the process of once again creating great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources provided by us, people can become empowered by their own abilities and regain the confidence to fulfill their full potential.
